Tom started out in the ICT sector at an early age, just under ten years ago he got his start working for Backup Giant Iomega, as their Unix Technical Specialist.

He then moved on to work for multi nationals such as Microsoft, Dell & and spent time working in the Irish Telecommunications industry. Tom has held a number of senior positions throughout his career including CTO & CEO titles.

Tom is a technology enthusiast with a keen interest and understanding for IT Security.

Tom is now a Director for Ireland's largest online backup provider DataBackup.ie.

Brian Walsh became involved with Databackup.ie in its early stages, when he saw the rapid growth in the offsite, online back-up market. Growth in high bandwidth connectivity was providing the speed now the market needed affordability to drive the growth and make it obtainable by all business. As Director, Brian focused his time and energy on setting the direction for Databackup.ie as it shook up the market and rapidly moved into a leadership position in the cloud services market. Now, Brian takes charge of corporate strategy and customer service activity.

Brian is also active in IT services area and, as MD of Route 2 Solutions Ltd, delivers high end corporate email solutions, hosted Anti-SPAM and remote access solutions to a variety of sectors but with a focus on the creative industries. Route 2 also bring 3G solutions to the market with OneAccess solutions - providing critical connectivity back-up/failover and greensite connectivity to companies.

Brian is an graduate of Bolton Street and more importantly, the University of Life.

Joanne joined us in September of 2006 and currently serves as our Communications Specialist. Joanne works in several areas in DataBackup.ie including customer care and software support - specialising in Ahsay Back-up and Asigra she also has a keen understand of how to prevent data loss.

Joanne is graduate of Griffith College Dublin and holds a Master Degree in Computing Science.

Joanne is also fluent in Cantonese which is ideal when on to Ahsay support in hongkong for when trouble shooting complex software issues.

Joanne is based in our Dublin Head quarters in Baldonnell Enterprise Park, Dublin 22.

Leo Jiang joined us in December of 2008 and currently works as IT Consultant. Leo has works in several areas in DataBackup.ie including customer care, hardware and software support and field support. Leo was one of the leading forces behind DataBackup.ie's quality IT support network.

Prior to joining DataBackup.ie, Leo served in IT support and admin roles in Hong Kong for over 10 years.

Leo is a graduate of Hong Kong Polytec University and holds a Masters Degree in Information Systems. Leo achieved CCNA certification and holds MCSE and MCSA certifications.

Leo is also fluent in Cantonese again ideal when on to Ahsay support in hongkong for when trouble shooting complex software issues.

Leo is based in our Dublin Head quarters in Baldonnell Enterprise Park, Dublin 22.

Peter oversees our operations in Nortern Ireland.

Winston oversees our Cork operations.
