Today we are delighted to have moved into our new second facilities in Ashpine House, Dublin Business Estate, Dublin 11. Which will be our new expanded Customer Contact Centre.

New telephone numbers are going up on the website as we speak which are a PRA system which allow us to handle up to 30 calls at any one time. This move has opened up a number of new positions in the company which have been filled which include new support and sales people.

Shortly we will be offering an SLA on support queries and overall KPI’s of our support processes are getting a lot more aggressive due to our additional resources available at Ashpine house. With a goal of offering better support than any other provider in Ireland.

DataBackup are in the middle of a new expansion of our Customer Support & Dublin Field Divisions, the move will open up five new vacancies in total and is a measure to implement a new Support Process with Service Level Agreement which is planned to be rolled out to customers by the end of May 2010.
